I should’ve stuck with golf…?
Today, one of my old golf teammates’ parents told me I should’ve stuck with golf. Really? Okay. Your son, who played golf his entire high school career is going to some crap school in some crap conference that is in some crap association. And I’m rowing in the BIG 10 conference which is an NCAA Division I school. Yet, I should’ve stuck with golf? Okay. Cause that makes so much sense… The thing is, people tell me that I should’ve stuck with golf all the time. Too bad the sport is nothing more than hitting a ball in the direction you choose. And for all those golfers who say that it’s HARD, it’s not, it just takes talent. And that talent is easily developed with a little bit of practice. Rowing takes so much more than that. So, while your son has fun playing putt putt with his crappy team against other crappy teams, I WILL be winning GOLD for Ohio State. That is all.
